Antibes is located opposite Nice and was founded in the 6th century B.C. by the Greeks. In the 12th century Grimaldi Castle you will find the Musée National Pablo Picasso
(Mid June Mid September: Tues Sun 10am 6pm, otherwise 10am 12pm, 2pm 6pm). Picasso created and supervised the furnishings of the museum himself.
The beautiful beach Juan-les-Pins is still a meeting point for the rich and famous, a place to see and be seen.
